Vinyl decals have no clear or colored background. 
Transfer tape is used to transfer the design to any non-porous, smooth surface.
Finally, you remove the transfer tape, leaving only the design behind.

Vinyl information:

- These vinyl are waterproof.
- They are outdoor permanent vinyl.
- Self adhesive.
- Rated up to 5+ years, depending on
   weather conditions and direct sunlight.
- Can be mirrrored to place on inside.

Please note:
**Once applied, decals can be removed, but not reused or reapplied.
